A video and pictures posted on social media platform showed that her convoy was trapped on the flooded and poorly maintained road, resulting in her SUV being rendered immobilized.

A picture showed the first lady on foot in the mud water. She had no option than to step into the dirty water so she could reach her destination for the commissioning of the health center.
